A coach holds someone as capable and creative, and they work with them to find their path. Coaching helps support someone in new ways of being and doing. It is a collaborative process where you explore a broader range of areas across life — career, health, relationships, etc. It can involve challenging and powerful questions, reframing perspectives, and is driven towards transformation and growth.

Mentoring is helpful if you are looking to better your craft or skillset from someone who has trodden a similar path. It helps to deepen a specialism usually in a professional development space. Mentors give advice and share experiences and insights that can support another person’s journey.

Coaching can delve into areas of mental health and bring up strong emotions for people. While working with emotions is integral to coaching and is a supportive safe space to work with clients, ethical coaches know when their client would be better placed in therapy. This is when the client needs to work through deep trauma, rather than process feelings that won’t cause possible harm.

Co-Active training is recognised as the ‘gold standard’ of coaching by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that has linked the four cornerstones of the Co-Active Model to evidence-based scientific research.
Co-Active coaching is based on discovery, awareness, and choice. It uncovers what we are doing, and explores who we are being in the world. Based on the principles that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole; Co-Active means simply “being in action…together” or “being together…in action.”

In my experience coaching online is just as effective as in-person - and it’s a lot more convenient for clients. That being said, I am very open to connecting in-person and will be looking to do retreats in the future.
I currently work with clients remotely over video calls and there is additional support via email in between sessions if needed. I love that I get to work with people from all over the world and have coached people from 🇺🇸 🇪🇸 🇭🇷 🇧🇪 🇫🇷 🇳🇱 🇨🇦 🇩🇪 🇬🇧 🇹🇭 🇸🇬 🇺🇬

Coaching is a collaborative process where we will work together in explorations that lead to impactful insight and fresh thought. It can involve challenging questions and evoke deep insights and powerful change. Sometimes new insights can happen fast and sometimes not, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching and we will work together to explore what comes up for you.
Coaching will involve a commitment to doing the work to make the change. Coming with intent and openness is key for us to get somewhere.

The price of coaching is based on the overall value it brings to your life. Coaching is highly personalised and an invaluable space for personal development. The value and benefits can be immediate and/or continue over the years, from role to role, throughout a career and a lifetime.
I don’t sell one-off coaching sessions because experience has shown me that measurable results and lasting change need time to process and action.
Get in touch and I will send you a coaching information document. The information includes an overview of coaching, a sample structure for the package and investment.
I do offer a limited number of low income coaching sessions throughout the year. Please message me and tell me a little about yourself to join the waitlist.
